Contrary to rumor, Panic! at the Disco will not be releasing their second album this year. According to a spokesperson for the band, Panic are still writing the LP, which is expected in stores in January or February. They’ll also hit Seattle’s Bumbershoot festival and San Diego’s Street Scene in September. — MTV.com
